The Acoustical Guidance And Information System For Visually Impaired Persons

SIS4VIP uses a self-organising anchor network for enabling the smooth navigation from outdoors to indoors. The network automatically calculates the best route and selects the next relevant anchor for the acoustical guidance. The only thing a user requires for the destination selection is an iPhone app. During navigation, both hands and ears remain free from devices.
